Rhythm & Groove Abstract Painting Workshop

This abstract acrylic painting can be made in any color scheme you desire. Gold paint at the end makes a great sparkle! This is a fun project for your own space, or to give as a gift. We will listen to music to gain inspiration for the doodling pattern through rhythm. Then we add paint and play with the pattern/texture in each shape painted on canvas. This painting is about the balance of activation and rest. Such a metaphor for life, eh? Using music, aromatherapy, light chair stretching and guided visualization, the creative process is such a relaxing journey. Join us! I am saving you a seat.
