One Hundred Years of photography and service to the Omaha Community, 1925-2025.

Open Reception: Friday, September 12

Club Member Photograph Exhibition and Sale, September 3 – September 28.

The Omaha Camera Club was founded on February 2, 1925, as an unincorporated association to promote the art and technique of photography. Currently, the Club is a Nebraska non-profit corporation that meets monthly at the Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing & Allied Health located at 720 N 87th St, Omaha NE.

The Club provides an informal, friendly, and supportive environment for photographers at all levels of experience and with interests in all types of photographic imagery. The Club offers a means for members to develop and improve their photographic skills, to share ideas and knowledge, and to promote an interest in photography throughout the community through exhibitions and public events.

In celebration of our 100 Year milestone, the Club is hosting an informal open Reception on September 12, 2025. Anticipated attendance includes City of Omaha officials, local arts councils and associations, other area camera clubs, members of the press, and sponsors. Club members will be exhibiting and selling their photographic images from September 3 through 28. Find out more about the Omaha Camera Club at https://www.omahacameraclub.net/.
