Art In the Park: Meditative Mandalas

In this workshop you will immerse yourself in making a mandala, the Sanskrit word for circle. Hindu and Buddhist traditions use mandalas as a tool for meditation and focus. Before you know it, the repetitive lines and designs will send you into a meditative state of calm and relaxation. Various options & sizes of drawing surfaces will be provided along with markers, colored pencils, string and magnets so that you can choose how to display your magnificently completed mandala.

Location: Arrival Plaza at The RiverFront Park. The workshop will take place near the entrance of the Kiewit Luminarium

Cost: FREE
This workshop is a drop-in style workshop. Seats are limited and are first come first serve.
*Pro Tip: If seats are full at 10am come back at 11am when seats are likely to open up.
