Artist Bio:
Diana Ebirim-Palmerton is currently a student at Bellevue University majoring in Art Management with a minor in Studio Art. She has been an artist in the “Beauty” industry for nearly 21 years and decided to head back to school and add another media to her repertoire. Excited about photography, pastel/ink drawings and sculpture, her immediate passion is working on launching a foundation called Art With Heart. This program will promote educating the community and creating awareness through art. Diana feels a great amount of gratitude towards her late mother, Carol Palmerton who managed the family art business and her father who is well-known wildlife painter and sculptor, Thomas Palmerton. “Forty years ago my parent owned the first gallery in the Old Market and now I am working on doing the same thing in the Market North area…I don’t think that’s a coincidence, it’s in my blood.”
